Situation Analysis
The Amend Group assisted in the site selection, design and construction of this 210,000 sf headquarters building for 3dfx, a Richardson, Texas based maker of computer graphics boards. The scope of services provided by The Amend Group included the evaluation of all options in existing buildings, planned developments, and a potential to-be-built development specifically designed for 3dfx. After the decision was made to develop a new facility, The Amend Group performed all land site acquisition and due diligence functions, site master planning, architectural design, development, and project management functions.
