The Amend Group assisted in the site selection, design and construction of a new headquarters in Lewisville, Texas for Horizon Mental Health Management, a provider of high quality psychiatric contract services to general hospitals. The two-story office facility would encompass 40,000 square feet and would be located on approximately 2.5 to 3.5 acres.

The Amend Group researched all available sites within the targeted area. An analysis of transportation, traffic and environmental issues was performed. The Amend Group also researched property-zoning codes to ensure that building height, parking requirements, landscape design guidelines, and signage restrictions were met. Horizon's new 40,000 square foot headquarters was completed on time and within budget. In addition, The Amend Group successfully arranged off-balance sheet financing for Horizon.
