The Amend Group recently completed a 109,000 square foot customer service facility in Cutler Ridge, Florida, a suburb of Miami. The facility was developed for Precision Response Corporation (PRC), a division of USA Networks’ Information and Services unit.

Project Management provided integration of the beginning to end services offered by The Amend Group, including real estate consulting services, strategic programming, architectural design, construction management and technology services. In less than 40 days, an existing department store was converted into a state-of-the-art operational customer service center for PRC, nearly two months faster than the typical schedule for this type of project.

Project Management’s unique system of utilizing in-house specialists representing every aspect of real estate development services, allowed the project schedule to be expedited to meet PRC’s requirements for the space.
