The Amend Group recently completed a 64,400 sf customer service facility in West Mifflin, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh. The facility houses employees for Precision Response Corporation (PRC). Project Management at The Amend Group performed the overall beginning to end coordination and integration of The Amend Group’s other organizations to provide site selection, real estate market research, lease negotiations, strategic programming, architectural design, construction management and technology services.
The facility was constructed in an existing building on a critical schedule and was designed to operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with emergency generator backup.
