Rick Montgomery: Executive Vice President
Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Project Director for the Company, Rick Montgomery began his career with The Amend Group when the Company was formed in 1989. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, design and construction and a strong knack for problem-solving, Rick has built a solid reputation for completing projects on time and within budget. He combines this unique ability with his extensive experience in project planning, the competitive bid process, estimating, and managing contractors to deliver a quality project to the client.

John W. Amend: Executive Vice President
J.W. Amend began his career with The Amend Group as an Associate in the fall of 2004 after earning a finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business. He was promoted to Vice President in 2006 after receiving his real estate license.

Sandi Garrett: Vice President, and Controller
Sandi Garrett joined The Amend Group in 1996 and was named Vice President/Controller in 2005. During her tenure with the Amend Group, she has served as Human Resources/Benefits Manager, Payroll Manager, Investment Accountant and Assistant Controller. Prior to joining The Amend Group, Sandi held accounting positions with two major Dallas law firms between 1991 and 1996; all positions which prepared her well for her current responsibilities.

Rhonda Guerry: Vice President Administration, and Executive Assistant to the CEO
Rhonda Guerry began her career with The Amend Group in 1993 as John Amend’s Executive Assistant. While she has continued to serve the Company in that capacity, she was also named Vice President of Administration in 2002. While assisting Mr. Amend and his family in personal matters, and facilitating all the responsibilities associated with being an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, Rhonda also oversees all administrative functions for The Amend Group. Coordinating these duties requires her to wear many hats.

David R. "B.D." Amend: Vice President
David Amend joined The Amend Group in 2007 as a Broker Associate. Having made significant contributions in the areas of marketing, business development, lease negotiation, and brokerage services, he was promoted to Vice President in October 2008. David, or “B.D.” as he is known among his peers, holds a Bachelors degree in English writing and rhetoric, and business administration, from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX. David’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, music and spending time with his family.
Raymond Huynh: Vice President Technology
Raymond Huynh joined The Amend Group in 1998 as a Network Administration Specialist, having formerly worked for Countrywide Mortgage as a Systems Analyst. Currently the Vice President of Technology, Raymond earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1992. He completed Microsoft Certified System Engineer training at Southern Methodist University in 1998 and became certified later that year. In his spare time Raymond enjoys hiking and the outdoors. He is married and has two boys.
