Project Management at The Amend Group provides an integrated project management and delivery system, via on-line management systems, coordinating all aspects of each project. The Project Director is assigned at the inception of the project and represents the client, providing single point of control for the project team. Project Management guides the project through the various phases of site or space acquistion, programming, design, construction, and occupancy, by closely coordinating the work of various project team members, whether they are part of The Amend Group or outside consultants and contractors. Project Managers are assigned to assist the Project Director by closely coordinating the design team and, Field Project Managers are assigned on-site responsibilities to coordinate construction activities. The focus is always on the main objectives of the project—quality, cost, and schedule.
